Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

MBA Litmus is looking for a creative, proactive Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, engage aspiring MBA students, and drive leads for our courses and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels.
- Manage Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, captions, and promotional creatives.
- Run and optimise Meta and Google Ads to generate qualified leads and enrolments.
- Improve website and YouTube visibility through SEO, relevant keywords, and content optimisation.
- Coordinate with mentors, designers, and the admissions team for campaigns and launches.
- Track campaign performance,



lead quality, conversions, and advertising costs.
- Explore influencer collaborations, student communities, and recent growth opportunities.

Requirements

- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Understanding of SEO, social media trends, and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage deadlines, take ownership, and use data to improve results.
- Experience in education or CAT/MBA preparation is a plus.
- Relevant internships or practical project experience will also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
