Job Details

- Position: HR Recruiter
- Number of Openings: 3
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Salary: Minimum ₹10,000 per month + applicable commission
- Work Mode: Hybrid
- Office Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
- Languages Required: Tamil, Malayalam, and Marathi

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and contact potential candidates from assigned states.
- Communicate job opportunities clearly and explain the role, eligibility criteria, and selection process.
- Engage with interested candidates and convert them into successful placements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess suitability for the available roles.
- Follow up regularly with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Achieve recruitment and conversion targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Tamil, Malayalam, or Marathi.
- Confidence in speaking with candidates over phone calls.
- A persuasive,



proactive, and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to maintain recruitment records.
- Willingness to work from the Navi Mumbai office as required under the hybrid arrangement.

Salary & Incentives

- Minimum monthly salary: ₹10,000.
- Additional earnings: Commission based on successful recruitment conversions, as per company policy.
