Job Title: OSS Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 4–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot semi-automatic and fully automatic machines and resolve equipment breakdowns.
- Perform fixture assembly, installation, maintenance, and functional testing.
- Diagnose and resolve PLC-related issues in automated equipment.
- Handle mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting.
- Perform PLC program modifications and support HMI-related activities.
- Read and interpret 2D/3D engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Troubleshoot control panels, wiring, and servo drive systems, including Delta servo drives.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve fixture and automation-related issues.
- Ensure equipment reliability and minimize production downtime.

Key Skills & Requirements





- 4–8 years of relevant experience in industrial automation, fixture engineering, or machine maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in fixture assembly, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with HMI, control panels, and PLC wiring.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D drawings and GD&T.;
- Familiarity with servo drives and automated testing equipment.
- Robust troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
