- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Manage branch sales operations and coordinate with Branch Managers and sales executives.
- Identify new business opportunities, dealers, retailers, and potential customers.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Review sales reports, target achievements, collections, and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and management to ensure smooth business operations.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance to team members.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and action plans.
- Ensure effective implementation of company sales policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
