One guides learners through academic planning, skill assessments, and post-graduation pathways. one-on-one coaching, resume building, and market navigation. Core Responsibilities Student Counseling Assessments & Planning Application Support: Workshops & Events: Facilitate career development workshops, guest lectures, and campus recruitment or job fairs. Market Research: *Experience*: Prior background in academic advising, student services, or career coaching (typically 1–3+ years). *Key Skills* Communication: Transparent verbal and written presentation skills with strong active listening. Empathy: High emotional intelligence to handle student stress and decision-making anxiety.
