Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for real estate projects.
- Follow up with prospective customers and explain project details.
- Handle client queries professionally and maintain customer relationships.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain daily call records, lead data, and follow-up reports.
- Achieve calling targets and contribute to sales growth.

Requirements

- Previous telecalling experience is preferred.




- Candidates with prior real estate experience will be given preference and may receive a higher salary based on their experience and performance.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow up effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with maintaining lead records.
