Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and responsible GM Assistant to provide administrative and day-to-day support to the General Manager. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage office tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the General Manager with daily administrative and official tasks.
- Handle emails, phone calls, and professional correspondence.
- Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and office records.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Communicate with internal departments and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth office operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager.





Required Skills

- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and MS Excel.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any stream.
- Good English communication is mandatory.
