Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and concept-driven Graphic Design Visualizer who can transform client briefs and ideas into compelling visual concepts. The ideal candidate should be able to visualize the final output before execution, develop creative directions, identify relevant visual references, and guide graphic designers in translating concepts into high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client briefs, campaign objectives, target audiences, and brand requirements.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for social media campaigns, advertisements, branding, packaging, brochures, catalogues, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Create mood boards, visual references, rough layouts, sketches, and concept presentations before final execution.
- Define typography, colour palettes, imagery, composition, proportions, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Translate complex ideas and briefs into clear, engaging, and visually appealing concepts.
- Guide graphic designers on concept execution, image selection, composition, proportions, and overall visual quality.
- Research industry trends, competitor designs, creative references, and emerging visual styles.
- Identify suitable images, illustrations, stock assets, and graphic elements for each project.
- Review initial design drafts and provide constructive feedback to maintain the approved creative direction.
- Develop alternative concepts when required and incorporate client or management feedback.
- Collaborate with project managers, QC designers, and production teams to ensure accurate execution.
- Maintain consistency between approved concepts and final deliverables while meeting project deadlines.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree, diploma,



or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3 - 6 years of experience in graphic design, creative conceptualization, visual communication, or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative concepts, campaign visuals, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, proportions, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, or equivalent design tools.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and independently develop original, practical visual concepts.
- Strong research, reference selection, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate creative ideas clearly and guide designers through execution.
- Good communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to complete a practical assessment relevant to the role.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
