OSLO GROUP is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily business operations related to product sourcing, logistics, import-export coordination, and customer support.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, coordination abilities, and a willingness to learn about international trade and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the China sourcing team, suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
- Handle purchase orders, proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
- Track shipments and follow up on production schedules and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and logistics departments.
- Update customer and supplier information in the CRM system.
- Monitor order status, shipment progress, and pending tasks.




- Follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain daily operational reports and records.
- Assist with import-export documentation and freight forwarding activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work within deadlines.
- Experience in logistics, import-export, procurement, or supply chain operations is an advantage.
