Job Easy is seeking dynamic, goal-oriented Tele Caller Executives based in or around Tosham, Bhiwani. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with job seekers and employers to introduce Job Easy’s hiring solutions and plan options.

This is a 100% performance-driven, high-earning potential commission model with immediate receipt generation and real-time ledger/board publication features integrated into our platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Contact prospective job seekers and local/regional employers to pitch Job Easy membership plans.
- Plan Sales: Explain package features clearly to candidates and business clients, guiding them to choose the right tier.
- Digital Checkout Support: Assist customers through the interactive digital payment checkout system to generate instant receipts and enable immediate portal publication.
- Relationship Management: Maintain follow-up logs with potential clients and handle inbound queries professionally.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve weekly/monthly sales goals across both Job Seeker and Employer segments.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate in any field.
- Language Skills: Good command over Hindi and basic understanding of local dialect/English.
- Communication: Clear, persuasive speaking style with active listening skills.
- Technical Setup: Basic smartphone/computer operation skills to navigate the interactive payment checkout system.
- Prior Experience: Freshers are welcome; previous telecalling, telesales, or field sales experience is a bonus.

Pay: From ₹8,600.00 per month
