About the Role:

Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the organisation’s IT infrastructure, servers, networks, backups, Microsoft 365 and user support operations. The role carries end-to-end operational responsibility for system administration, cybersecurity, user access management, IT assets, business application support and vendor coordination, ensuring secure, reliable and efficient IT operations across the organisation..

Key Responsibilities

- Manage installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of servers, desktops, laptops, networking systems and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor server performance, network connectivity, storage and centralised data access to ensure smooth and secure IT operations.
- Manage cloud/NAS backups, verify backup completion and perform periodic data restoration checks.
- Administer Microsoft 365, email accounts, user access rights, permissions and account activation/deactivation across systems and applications.
- Provide day-to-day hardware, software, network and application support, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
- Monitor antivirus, security updates, system patches and implement IT security and data protection measures.
- Handle Tally-related technical support,



backups and vendor coordination. Knowledge of SAP and SAP data export to Excel/Tally would be an added advantage.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licences, AMCs and maintenance schedules; coordinate procurement, repairs and replacements.
- Coordinate with external service providers for IT support, network upgrades, repairs and AMC activities, following up until resolution.
- Maintain IT documentation, backup records, asset registers and SOPs, ensuring adherence to company IT policies.
- Identify recurring issues, take corrective action and recommend improvements to IT systems and operational efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of Windows Server environments, networking, Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience in hardware/software support, system administration, cloud/NAS backups and data management.
- Knowledge of IT security, user access management, asset management and preventive maintenance.
- Exposure to Tally ERP; knowledge of SAP and SAP data handling/export would be preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a user-focused support approach.
- Ability to independently handle IT operations, take ownership of issue resolution and coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
