​We are looking for a dynamic, compassionate, and experienced Preschool Principal to oversee the daily operations, admissions, and overall administration of our early childhood center. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of early childhood development to maintain high educational standards and foster a nurturing learning environment.

​Key Responsibilities

​Admissions & Parent Engagement:

​Lead end-to-end admission processes, parent counseling, school tours, and enrollment drives to achieve target admissions.

​Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing queries, building positive relationships, and facilitating regular parent-teacher interactions.

​School Administration & Management:

​Oversee day-to-day preschool operations, safety protocols, compliance, hygiene, and facility maintenance.

​Manage budgets, supplies, event organization, and administrative records.





​Curriculum & Staff Leadership:

​Supervise teaching and support staff, conduct performance evaluations, and organize teacher training/workshops.

​Ensure the effective delivery of the early childhood curriculum and age-appropriate developmental activities.

​Requirements & Qualifications

​Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (must be fluent and articulate).

​Experience: Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in preschool/early education administration, leadership, or center head roles.

​Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education (ECE), NTT, or a related field.

​Skills: Solid leadership, multitasking, organizational, conflict-resolution, and customer/parent-facing management skills.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
