We are seeking a high-energy, target-driven Education Counselor cum Inside Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for students and working professionals. You will manage the entire conversion pipeline—from understanding their career goals to enrolling them into our national and international programs. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in EdTech sales and educational counseling. Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries (inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails) to turn potential leads into confirmed admissions.
- Academic Counseling: Understand students’ backgrounds, career goals, and academic needs to recommend the most suitable national or international educational programs.
- Sales & Targets: Achieve assigned weekly and monthly enrollment and revenue conversion targets for EdTech products and examination vouchers.
- Relationship Management: Build trust and maintain positive, long-term relationships with both students and parents by addressing their queries transparently and professionally.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain thorough,



up-to-date documentation of student interactions, daily calling reports, and follow-ups in the company CRM.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate closely with the operations, training, and admissions teams to guarantee a seamless student onboarding process.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1–4 years of experience as an academic counselor, tele-counselor, or inside sales executive within the national or international EdTech/education industry.
- Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, exceptional active listening, and a sharp, closing-oriented sales mindset.
- Domain Knowledge: Prior experience with online degree counseling, test prep (PTE, TOEFL, etc.), or study-abroad guidance is a major advantage.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Attributes: Target-oriented, disciplined with skilled phone etiquette, and comfortable working in a quick-paced sales environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
