About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and energetic person to manage customer relationships, dealer follow-ups, telecalling, contractor engagement and office customer support at Platinum Industries.

This is a desk-based business development role, focused on staying connected with our existing 700+ dealers, architects, interior designers, PMCs, builders and contractors, generating repeat business, promoting our products and schemes, and ensuring customers receive proper support from Platinum.

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly call and follow up with existing Platinum dealers and customers.
- Inform dealers about new products, schemes, price lists, special products, project solutions and promotional offers.
- Generate repeat orders through informative and helpful customer conversations.
- Promote high-value and focus products, along with regular products such as tile adhesives, grouts, epoxy grouts, glass fibre, etc.
- Understand customer requirements, problems and complaints and ensure proper resolution.
- Maintain regular WhatsApp communication with dealers and contractors regarding relevant products, schemes and updates.




- Manage and follow up with contractors under “Ab Aayega Asli Maza”, Platinum's influencer/contractor engagement programme.
- Explain the programme, loyalty benefits and products to contractors and encourage them to use Platinum/Sleek products.
- Invite contractors and important customers to the Platinum office for interaction and product understanding.
- Assist customers with HukumSir.com(e-commerce) registration and usage.
- Assist customers with relevant digital platforms and product information.
- Attend to customers visiting the Platinum office and ensure they are properly guided and connected with the concerned team member.
- Record customer requirements, feedback, complaints, follow-ups and business opportunities systematically.
- Share important market feedback with the management.
- Maintain proper daily records of calls, conversations, orders, follow-ups, and pending actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
