About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead design development and coordinate the execution of interior design projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical knowledge, proficiency in design software, and the ability to independently manage design deliverables while working closely with clients, vendors, contractors, and the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Development: Develop design concepts, space plans, furniture layouts, mood boards, and material palettes based on client requirements.
- Technical Drawings: Prepare and review detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, furniture drawings, and working drawings.
- 3D Visualisation: Develop 3D models, renders, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Material Selection: Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fabrics, and accessories in line with design intent and budgets.
- Client Coordination: Understand client requirements, present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and communicate design decisions.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with junior designers, vendors, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Site Visits: Visit project sites to review progress, verify dimensions, and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Vendor Management: Source materials, obtain quotations, compare specifications, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Design Documentation: Maintain accurate drawings, material schedules, specifications, and project documentation.
- Quality Control: Review design deliverables for accuracy, detailing, functionality, and aesthetic consistency.
- Team Collaboration: Guide junior designers and coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of design tasks.

Software & Tools Required

- AutoCAD: Technical drawings and detailing.
- SketchUp: 3D modelling and visualisation.
- V-Ray / Enscape / D5 Render: Rendering and visual presentations.
- 3ds Max:



Advanced 3D modelling and rendering, as applicable.
- Adobe Photoshop: Image editing and presentation enhancement.
- Adobe InDesign / Canva: Design presentations, mood boards, and layouts.

Robust working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential. Proficiency in at least one rendering tool is required.

What We’re Looking For

- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant interior design experience.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and interior detailing.
- Ability to develop design concepts and translate them into technical drawings.
- Positive visualisation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication, organisational, and coordination skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven approach.
- A portfolio showcasing completed projects, drawings, and 3D visualisations.

Good to Have

- Experience working on residential interior design projects.
- Exposure to site execution, material sourcing, and vendor coordination.
- Knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and joinery detailing.
- Experience mentoring junior designers.
- Ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and budget requirements.

Other Details

- Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
- Work Mode: On-site; working from the office is mandatory.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Compensation: Based on skills and experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
