AI Engineer / Senior AI Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer / Senior AI Engineer with strong practical experience in Python, Classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate should have experience designing and developing production-ready AI solutions, with strong programming and machine learning fundamentals.

The candidate should demonstrate practical exposure to Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LLMs, LangGraph, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI Agents. Knowledge of AI Governance, Responsible AI, data privacy, security, and compliance is highly desirable.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Core AI / Machine Learning

- Strong hands-on experience in Python and software development.
- Robust practical experience in Classical Machine Learning algorithms, model development, evaluation, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn and ML techniques such as classification, regression, clustering, feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Strong practical experience in Deep Learning using PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
- Experience developing, training, evaluating, and deploying ML/DL models
- Good understanding of model performance, explainability, experimentation, and productionization.

Generative AI / LLM

- Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs and Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of LLM architecture, embeddings, prompt engineering, context management, and model evaluation.
- Experience working with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Practical experience with document processing, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, and vector databases.
- Experience integrating LLMs through APIs and building enterprise-grade LLM applications.

Agentic AI





- Hands-on experience developing AI Agents / Agentic AI workflows.
- Experience with LangGraph for building stateful, multi-step, or multi-agent workflows.
- Understanding of agent patterns such as tool calling, planning, routing, reflection, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience integrating AI agents with APIs, enterprise systems, databases, and external tools is a plus.

AI Engineering & Production

- Ability to design and develop scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, FastAPI, microservices, system integration, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and basic MLOps / LLMOps practices is desirable.
- Experience working with Snowflake for data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML workloads
- Exposure to AWS cloud platforms is a plus.

AI Governance & Responsible AI

- Understanding of AI Governance and Responsible AI principles.
- Awareness of data privacy, security, compliance, model risk, bias, explainability, and responsible use of AI.
- Ability to consider governance and security requirements while designing enterprise AI solutions.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML, Data Science, AI Engineering, or related areas.
- Strong hands-on programming experience in Python.
- Strong practical experience in Classical Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
- Experience working with Snowflake for data engineering, analytics, or AI/ML workloads
- Practical exposure to LLMs, RAG, and/or Agentic AI, MCP
- Experience with LangGraph is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving and software engineering skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Candidates from both product-based and service-based organizations are welcome.
- Candidates from reputed universities/institutions preferred.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
