Fixed Salary: Negotiable, based on skills and experience

Incentives: Annual performance-based incentives (negotiable)

Qualification: BSC is Agriculture science, candidates from Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakahand and Rajashtan will be preferred

Job Responsibilities:

1) Conduct field measurements and data collection across all crop stages, including harvesting

2) Maintain accurate and detailed farm and project records

3) Monitor project progress and ensure timely reporting

4) Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project objectives

5) Developing fodder management practices

6) Candidate Requirements Strong skills in field data collection and documentation

7) Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi

8) Basic proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

9)



Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

10) Solid organizational and time-management skills

11) Personal vehicle preferred, as the role involves intercity travel
