Job Summary

Harvest Luxury is looking for a agile, confident, and customer-oriented Guest Relationship Executive (GRE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, making outbound calls, managing leads, coordinating site visits, and supporting sales activities for our premium residential projects, including luxury villas Thukkuguda, Hyderabad.

Job Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers visiting the project site, explaining project details, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring a professional customer experience. The role also involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, following up on leads, sharing project information, scheduling site visits, and maintaining regular communication with interested buyers. The candidate will actively support the sales team by promoting available properties, assisting customers throughout the buying process, and contributing to sales targets.



Maintaining customer databases, updating call and follow-up records, preparing daily activity reports, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams will also be part of the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in customer service and real estate sales. The ability to handle phone calls confidently, convince prospective customers, maintain effective follow-ups, and work towards sales targets is essential. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and customer data management is preferred. Fluency in Telugu and English is desirable, while Hindi is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

Any graduate or equivalent qualification is preferred. Experienced candidates with backgrounds in real estate, sales, telecalling, hospitality, or customer relationship management may apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thukkuguda, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Language:

- English (Preferred)
