Position: Executive Assistant to MD/ Founder

Profile Summary:

We are looking for a proactive & tech-enabled Executive Assistant to support the MD/Founder/Owner in managing schedules, business coordination, communication, follow-ups and key priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, travel and daily schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas/presentations and track action items.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors and other key stakeholders.
- Track important tasks, deadlines and business commitments for timely closure.
- Prepare MIS, reports, presentations and business updates as required.
- Conduct research and gather relevant business/market information.
- Manage emails, correspondence and confidential information with discretion.
- Support the MD/Founder in business initiatives, special projects and key assignments.
- Use AI tools, MS Office,



Google Workspace and digital productivity tools to improve efficiency and execution.
- Proactively anticipate requirements and ensure timely follow-up and closure.

Requirement:

- Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PG qualification is an advantage.
- 2 to 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting an MD, Founder or Business Owner.
- Prior experience in Gems & Jewellery, Luxury Retail, Retail, Fashion or Lifestyle will be preferred.
- High level of confidentiality, attention to detail and professional maturity.
- Robust communication, coordination, follow-up and organisational skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable using AI tools and emerging technologies for productivity and business support.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
