Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive for our chemical manufacturing business in Kolkata. The candidate should have experience in customer visits, client relationship management, market development, and sales coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular market visits and meet existing and potential customers to generate business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable chemical products.
- Coordinate with customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Identify new customers, explore current markets, and generate sales leads.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, payments, and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with the internal sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily visit reports, sales updates, and customer follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Chemistry, Marketing, or Business Administration will be an advantage.
- 3–6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Experience in customer visits, field sales, and client relationship management.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop new customers and maintain existing business relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel for market visits and customer meetings.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in chemical, industrial, or manufacturing product sales will be preferred.
- Must be proactive, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Should have a professional approach to customer handling and business development.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
