Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business applications.
- Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning solutions.
- Develop and integrate Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) based applications.
- Fine-tune foundation models and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Work with structured and unstructured data to develop predictive models.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand AI requirements.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and deployment pipelines.
- Build APIs and integrate AI models into enterprise applications.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Robust proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Claude,



Gemini, etc.), LangChain, and RAG.
- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and deep learning techniques.
- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment.
- AI/Cloud certifications are an added advantage.
