We’re hiring an Insurance Research Associate to join our growing team at Beshak.org India’s most trusted, independent insurance research platform. You’ll help decode term and health insurance products, track market changes, and make insurance simpler, safer, and more transparent for everyone.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct research on various insurance-related topics

Track updates in products, premiums, regulations, and market innovations

Review brochures, policy wordings, CIS, T&Cs; - and spot hidden clauses

Monitor insurer websites and social media for updates and discrepancies

Collaborate with the creative, SM, marketplace and tech teams to power Beshak’s tools and explainers

Use AI tools to support research, analyse information, compare policy documents, and improve research efficiency while independently verifying accuracy.





Explore new AI tools and workflows to automate repetitive research tasks and improve how we collect, organise, and analyse data.

Keep up to date with the regulatory changes happening in the insurance industry.

Update product data, content, and other information on CMS - as and when required.

Track innovations and changes happening in the insurance market.

Stay one step ahead of industry trends and developments.

What We’re Looking For:

Robust research, reading, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

Clear and concise written communication.

Good documentation and organisational abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online research.

Ability to question, fact-check, and validate AI-generated info rather than relying on it blindly.

A curious, detail-oriented, and self-driven approach to work.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Willingness to learn new technologies and improve existing research processes.
