Your skills

- Basic experience in housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Valuable understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to use basic housekeeping tools, cleaning equipment, and materials safely and effectively.
- Ability to follow instructions, schedules, checklists, and workplace procedures. Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and overall upkeep of facilities.
- Physically fit and capable of performing routine cleaning and housekeeping activities throughout the campus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team under the guidance of the Facilities & Housekeeping Supervisor
- Basic communication skills and ability to interact respectfully with children, staff, and visitors.
- Awareness of workplace safety practices and willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required.

Your tasks

- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of assigned areas including hostels, classrooms, offices, dining halls, common areas, washrooms, medical block, staff quarters, and outdoor spaces.

- Perform daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning, and sanitization activities as per assigned schedules and standards.





- Assist in weekly deep-cleaning activities, including cleaning of windows, fans, furniture, cupboards, mattresses, and other fixtures.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping stores, equipment, and supplies.

- Support waste collection, segregation, and disposal in accordance with hygiene and safety guidelines.

- Assist in laundry-related activities and provide support to the laundry staff when required.

- Identify and promptly report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damages, or hygiene-related issues to the Facilities & Housekeeping Supervisor.

- Ensure proper use, storage, and handling of cleaning materials, equipment, and consumables.
