Job Overview

We are seeking skilled BMX Coaches, Trainers, and Instructors to train riders in bike control, progressive riding techniques, skill development, and safe riding practices. The ideal candidate should be able to guide riders across different experience levels in a structured and safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct BMX coaching and practical training sessions for different skill levels.
- Teach bike control, balance, braking, turning, and body positioning.
- Develop progressive training plans to improve rider confidence and technical ability.
- Train riders in appropriate BMX techniques based on their skill and readiness.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure the proper use of helmets and protective gear.
- Inspect bicycles, equipment,



and practice areas before training sessions.
- Monitor rider progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Supervise practice activities and identify potential risks.
- Maintain attendance, training progress, and incident records.
- Support BMX events, demonstrations, and rider development programmes.

Qualifications & Skills

- 5–7 years of BMX riding, coaching, or training experience preferred.
- Strong bike-control skills and practical BMX experience.
- Knowledge of progressive skill training, equipment checks, and protected riding practices.
- Good communication, instruction, and rider-management skills.
- First-aid training or recognised coaching certifications preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors and supervise riders responsibly.

Salary & Incentives
