Job Summary

Edujobs is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Electronic Hardware Assembly Operator Trainer for a CSR skill development project in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in teaching and training, along with knowledge of electronic hardware assembly. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical training, conducting practical demonstrations, and preparing trainees for employment in the electronics manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver theoretical and practical training on electronic hardware assembly.
- Demonstrate the use of electronic tools, components, and equipment.
- Train students in soldering, PCB assembly, component identification, and basic electronic testing.
- Develop training materials, lesson plans, and practical assignments.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate trainees' technical skills and progress.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and assessment reports.
- Ensure compliance with workshop safety procedures and equipment-handling guidelines.
- Provide career guidance and support trainees in developing employability skills.
- Coordinate with the CSR project team to achieve training targets and improve learning outcomes.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma, ITI,



or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Prior experience in teaching, technical training, or skill development is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of electronic hardware assembly and basic electronics.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and conduct hands-on training.
- Experience working with vocational training, CSR, or employability programs will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience as a technical trainer, electronics instructor, vocational trainer, or hardware assembly instructor.
- Candidates with a combination of technical knowledge and teaching experience.
- Fresh technical professionals with robust practical knowledge and a genuine interest in training may also be considered.

Work Location

Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala.

Selection Criteria

Candidates will be evaluated based on their technical knowledge, practical skills, teaching ability, communication skills, and suitability for a CSR-based skill development program.
