Job Description:

 Coordinate customer-site pickups, including black-box and courier collections.

 Arrange transportation in coordination with the Admin team and customers.

 Maintain courier records and monitor shipment tracking.

 Send pre-installation emails, contact customers by phone, and collect required reports.

 Communicate with customers regarding:

 Courier dispatches

 Engineer visits

 Customer feedback

 Equipment condition upon receipt (faulty, good, or physically damaged)

 Calibration reports

 Coordinate dispatch activities.

 Prepare and coordinate job cards.

 Scan, file, and maintain service-related documents.

 Create and update Google Sheets for service tracking and reporting.

 Schedule training sessions for engineers.

 Maintain service-related Excel and Google Sheets, records, and documentation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
