Job Description

Hotel Classic Pavilion is looking for an experienced and dynamic F&B; Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage department. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, customer service, staff management, and operational skills to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of restaurants, room service, and banquet food and beverage services.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and high standards of food quality and service.
- Manage, train, and supervise F&B; staff, including captains, stewards, and supervisors.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, wastage, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, front office, and other departments.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Prepare duty rosters, monitor staff performance, and ensure adequate staffing.
- Monitor sales, revenue, and departmental profitability.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in F&B; operations, preferably in a hotel or restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage costing, inventory control, and revenue management.
- Excellent guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple operations and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
