Job Title: CAE Engineer

Location: Chennai
Experience: 2+Years

Job Responsibilities

- Perform structural, thermal, and vibration analysis using CAE simulation tools.
- Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to evaluate product strength, durability, and performance.
- Develop simulation models and prepare meshes using appropriate pre-processing tools.
- Analyse simulation results and recommend design improvements.
- Work closely with design, product development, and testing teams.
- Prepare technical reports and document simulation findings.
- Validate simulation results against physical testing wherever applicable.
- Troubleshoot engineering problems and support product optimisation.

Requirements

- Knowledge of CAE, FEA, and engineering simulation techniques.
- Experience with tools such as ANSYS, HyperMesh, Abaqus, Nastran, or LS-DYNA.
- Understanding of structural mechanics, material properties, and engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to interpret simulation results and prepare technical reports.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
