Job Summary

Smart Bond Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and proactive Product Manager with excellent English communication skills to manage the product lifecycle, conduct market research, coordinate with internal teams, and identify opportunities for product development and business growth. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, analytical, and capable of communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company objectives and market requirements.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, competitor products, and recent business opportunities.
- Product Development: Coordinate with technical, production, quality, and sales teams to support new product development and improvement.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage products from concept and development through launch, market introduction, and ongoing improvement.




- Customer & Supplier Coordination: Communicate with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to understand product requirements and resolve product-related queries.
- Product Positioning: Develop product descriptions, specifications, presentations, and sales-support materials.
- Sales Team Support: Provide product knowledge, training, and technical information to the sales team to improve customer engagement and product sales.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance, sales trends, customer feedback, and market demand to identify improvement opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, marketing, R&D;, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth product execution.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain product specifications, product databases, reports, and relevant product documentation.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand product applications, introduce new products, and strengthen the company's market position.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
