Location: Mohali
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Shift: US Night Shift
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: Freshers to 3 Years

Pinaqui Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for detail-oriented and proactive professionals to join our US Logistics Operations team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and trace shipments from pickup to final delivery.
- Monitor truck locations through GPS tracking systems.
- Coordinate with drivers and carriers for timely deliveries.
- Update shipment statuses and communicate delays.
- Handle ELD logs, HOS violations, roadside assistance, and safety-related issues.
- Ensure accurate TMS updates and timely POD collection.

Required Skills:

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong follow-up,



coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of US Logistics and Freight Brokerage is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Samsara, McLeod, Relay, and Slack is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply!
