Position: HR Junior Executive
Location: Vallam Vadagal, Chennai
Shift: Rotational Shift
Department: HR
Salary: As per company norms
Job Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day HR activities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
Support employee onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain attendance and leave records
Handle scrap maintenance and maintain scrap records
Track scrap materials, inventory, and disposal documentation
Support overall HR operations and administrative activities
Required Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Good communication and coordination skills
Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Pay: ₹9,200.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
