Altius Wellness is looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary Child Development Team in Newtown, Kolkata . The successful candidate will work with children experiencing developmental delays, sensory processing difficulties, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD and challenges with daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess children's fine motor, sensory, functional and developmental skills.
- Develop and implement individualised occupational therapy plans.
- Support sensory integration, motor coordination and activities of daily living.
- Work collaboratively with speech therapists, clinical psychologists and special educators.
- Guide parents and caregivers on home-based activities and developmental strategies.
- Maintain therapy records and monitor progress.

Qualifications

- B.O.Th. or M.O.Th. from a recognised institution.
- Valid RCI registration where applicable to the professional qualification and scope of practice.
- Experience in paediatric occupational therapy or child development is preferred.
- Robust communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
