Academic Coordinator, NEET Programs

We are looking for a tech-savvy academic coordinator to lead content creation and academic planning for our NEET programs.

What you will do

- Create NEET-focused study material, question banks, mock tests and revision content.
- Plan batch-wise teaching schedules for regular, crash course and repeaters programs
- Guide faculty and review test performance to improve results
- Build and upload content on our LMS and digital learning platforms

Who we are looking for

- Master’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or a related field
- 4-8 years of NEET teaching or content experience
- Robust NCERT depth and command of the NEET pattern
- Tech-savvy, with hands-on comfort using AI tools to draft, check and refine content
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel, documents, presentations and LMS platforms
- Ability to guide content across NEET subjects is an added advantage

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thrissur, Kerala
