Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad

Experience: 1–2 Years

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Preference: Immediate Joiners

What You’ll Be Doing

- Talent Hunting: Source and identify the right candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

- Recruitment Management: Handle candidate screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination.

- Hiring Partnerships: Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions efficiently.

- Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth communication and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

- HR Operations: Support onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, and other HR activities.

- Recruitment Tracking:



Maintain candidate databases, hiring reports, and recruitment pipelines.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in HR, with strong recruitment knowledge.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good understanding of sourcing strategies and interview coordination.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings.

- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.

- A proactive mindset, a people-first approach, and a drive to get things done.
