Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily Accounting Tasks:

- Record and process day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.

2. Tax Compliance:

- Assist in the preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Ensure accurate calculation of taxes and timely submission of payments.

3. Financial Records Management:

- Maintain and update financial data in accounting software.
- Ensure all invoices, receipts, and vouchers are properly documented and filed.

4. Support in Financial Reporting:

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Help in the preparation of budgets and expense tracking.

5. Auditing Support:

- Support internal and external audits by providing required data and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

6. Excel Work:

- Use MS Excel for data entry, creating reports, and analyzing financial data.
- Work with formulas, pivot tables,



and basic data analysis tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other basic tax regulations in India.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Prior internship or work experience in accounting.
- Basic knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
