Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA) - Maximum Age: 31 years - Experience: Relevant EdTech sales experience mandatory - CTC: ₹8.4 LPA – ₹11 LPA + performance-based incentives Job Responsibilities - Drive end-to-end B2C sales, from lead qualification to conversion and enrollment. - Connect with prospective learners and parents to understand their educational and career needs. - Provide course counselling and effectively handle customer objections. - Achieve monthly sales, revenue and conversion targets.



- Follow up with leads and manage the complete sales pipeline. - Use CRM tools to track leads, conversions and performance. Required Skills & Qualifications - Prior experience in EdTech sales is mandatory. - Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills. - Comfortable with high-volume calling and target-driven environments. - Experience selling courses, upskilling programs, test preparation, higher education or career-focused learning solutions is preferred.
