Quessentials Ltd is a food processing company engaged in promoting healthy foods in India with a manufacturing facility in KIADB Industrial Area, Malur and having sales office in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria:
* Any Graduate, BBA/MBA in Marketing, International Business or a related field.
* 8–10 yrs. exp. in International Sales.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
* Looking for energetic person who is having keen interest in knowing & understanding people, can make positive business relations.
* Addon if already worked in International Sales of Food products.
* Worked for agro products like Pulses | Beans | Oil seeds | Spices | Grains | Sugar | Nuts | Groundnut | Cereals | Millets | Chia seeds
* Team Handling Experience

Key Responsibilities:




* Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Understand client needs and offer appropriate products/services to meet those needs.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
* Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
* Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.
* Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
* Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular reports.
* Handle team efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
