We are looking for a motivated Education Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses, handle enquiries, and support them throughout the admission process.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience:

- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in education counselling, student admissions, or sales is preferred.

Essential Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Positive follow-up, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle student enquiries through calls, messages, and walk-ins.
- Provide guidance on courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate student records and update enquiry status in the ERP/CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Achieve admission targets and prepare daily activity reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
