Job Summary

Kiara Global Services is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong experience in Flexible Packaging or Industrial Sales to drive business growth, acquire new customers, and expand market presence across Mumbai and Maharashtra.

The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the packaging industry, excellent B2B sales skills, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new customers in the flexible packaging and industrial packaging sectors.
- Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and direct client engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key decision-makers.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Expand the company's customer base across Mumbai, Maharashtra, and other relevant markets.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups to convert leads into business.
- Build long-term relationships with packaging manufacturers, FMCG companies,



and other relevant industrial customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–8 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Strong experience in Flexible Packaging, Packaging Materials, or Industrial Sales.
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Established industry contacts across Mumbai and Maharashtra.
- Target-driven approach with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- MBA or qualification from the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP) preferred, subject to the company's eligibility requirements.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates from flexible packaging manufacturers, packaging material suppliers, and packaging exporters will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
