Job Description: Graphic Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to support visual communication requirements across branding, digital content, marketing, and presentations. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and the ability to translate creative briefs into engaging visual assets across different industries and formats.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop branding assets, logos, typography, colour palettes, and visual guidelines.
- Create social media creatives, carousels, stories, thumbnails, and promotional graphics.
- Design presentations, pitch decks, brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop moodboards and visual references for creative concepts and campaigns.
- Translate briefs into effective designs aligned with brand identity and target audiences.
- Maintain consistency in layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions.
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines and maintaining organised, production-ready files.
- Stay updated on design trends, digital platforms, and emerging creative tools.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Required:

- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing branding assets, social media content, marketing creatives, and presentations.




- Ability to interpret briefs and independently develop creative solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work.

Preferred:

- Exposure to AEC, staffing, IT, marketing, or related industries.
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills.
- Familiarity with digital illustration and AI-assisted design tools.

TECHNICAL SKILLS / TOOLS

Proficiency in relevant design tools, including:

- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Adobe InDesign
- Figma and Canva
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides

Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or AI-assisted creative tools is an added advantage.

COMPENSATION

Compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on relevant experience, portfolio, and suitability for the role.
