Job Description

We are seeking a motivated, strategic, and results-driven Business Development Intern to join our expanding team. In this role, you will work closely with our core business development and leadership teams to identify new market opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and help drive company growth.

This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to market research, lead generation, client pitching, and strategic sales planning, preparing you for a successful career in business growth and corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Market Research & Expansion: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target markets, and competitor landscapes to identify potential areas for business growth.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and compile lists of prospective clients and strategic partnership opportunities.
- Client Outreach & Communication: Assist in executing outreach campaigns through emails, phone calls, and professional networking platforms to introduce our services.
- Proposal & Pitch Support: Help prepare compelling business proposals, presentations,



pitch decks, and sales collateral tailored to client requirements.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain and update business development trackers and CRM logs to monitor lead status, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.
- Networking & Meetings: Participate in internal strategy sessions and support senior team members during client meetings or presentations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities and a professional demeanor.
- Analytical Mindset: Basic understanding of market dynamics, strong research skills, and attention to detail.
- Drive & Initiative: A proactive, self-starter attitude with a high level of enthusiasm, energy, and a willingness to learn.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern collaboration tools.
