About the Role

PDM NextGen Solutions LLP is looking for a Field Business Development Executive who can visit selected businesses and offices, meet business owners/decision-makers, and promote our Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, Designing, Branding and Video Production services.

You will not be required to find locations completely on your own. We will provide you with targeted offices/companies to visit and guide you on how to approach prospects, present our services and generate business.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit offices, and other targeted businesses as per the company-provided list.
- Meet business owners, directors, marketing managers and decision-makers.
- Promote and explain PDM's:
- Digital Marketing Packages
- Lead Generation Packages
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- SEO & Local SEO
- Social Media Marketing
- Graphic Designing & Branding
- Video Shoot & Promotional Video Services
- Understand the client's business requirements and recommend suitable services/packages.
- Generate new business enquiries and qualified leads.
- Schedule meetings between prospects and the PDM team when required.
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular records of visits, leads, meetings and follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving monthly business-development and sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the internal digital marketing/design/video team after closing a client.

Mohali | Derabassi | Zirakpur | Ambala | Yamunanagar | Kurali | Morinda | Baddi | Nearby Areas

The company will provide targeted office/company details and guidance for business generation.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good communication in:
- Hindi – Must
- Punjabi – Prefered
- English – Good working knowledge
- Confident in meeting business owners and decision-makers.
- Comfortable with field sales and face-to-face meetings.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
- Sales, business development or field marketing experience is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and confidence may also apply.

Vehicle Requirement

Own two-wheeler/four-wheeler is MUST.

The candidate should be comfortable travelling to different business locations for client meetings.

Petrol / Travel Expenses

Petrol/Travel expenses will be provided by the company as per company policy.
