About the Role

WeCredit is looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on HR Payroll Executive who can manage monthly payroll operations, attendance, employee data, statutory deductions, and payroll-related HR processes.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling a high-volume employee database, working with multiple locations and stakeholders, and ensuring that payroll is processed accurately and within defined timelines.

What you should have :

- Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for employees across multiple locations.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate monthly payroll inputs from HR, Zone HR, reporting managers, and other stakeholders.
- Process inputs related to new joiners, exits, attendance, LOP, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, salary revisions, arrears, and other payroll components.
- Verify payroll calculations and conduct pre-payroll and post-payroll reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary processing as per the monthly payroll calendar.
- Identify, investigate,



and resolve payroll discrepancies before salary processing.
- Maintain proper statutory and payroll documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Validate pending salary, LOP, incentives, recoveries, notice-period adjustments, and other applicable components.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure of F&F.;

Qualification

- 2–4 years of experience in payroll / HR operations / payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
- Valuable understanding of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LOP, incentives, deductions, arrears, and Full & Final Settlement.
- Experience handling payroll for a large or multi-location workforce will be preferred.
