Job Overview

Wellcaza School of Health Sciences is inviting applications for the position of Arabic Language Trainer. We are looking for a passionate and skilled language trainer who can teach Arabic effectively, develop learners' communication skills, and prepare students to use Arabic in academic, professional, and workplace settings.

Candidates with strong Arabic language proficiency, good teaching skills, and the ability to deliver practical, interactive lessons are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Arabic language training sessions for students and professionals.
- Develop lesson plans and learning materials suited to different proficiency levels.
- Teach Arabic reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Focus on conversational Arabic and practical communication skills.
- Provide role-play activities, pronunciation practice, and interactive exercises.
- Assess learners' progress through assignments, oral assessments, and periodic evaluations.
- Support learners preparing for professional communication and employment opportunities in Arabic-speaking countries.
- Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training documentation.





Required Qualifications and Skills

- Strong proficiency in Arabic, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Relevant qualification or certification in Arabic language, Arabic literature, or language teaching preferred.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain language concepts clearly and engage learners through practical activities.
- Knowledge of conversational Arabic or Gulf Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Previous teaching or training experience is desirable; capable freshers may also apply.
