Thathva Drinks is looking for an experienced and motivated Field Sales Executive to generate orders and expand our beverage business across Ernakulam.

The ideal candidate should have proven field sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, and cafes.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit retail shops, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, cafes, and other potential customers to generate orders for Thathva Drinks.
- Identify and acquire current customers to expand the company's market presence.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers and ensure regular repeat orders.
- Promote Thathva Drinks products and communicate their features and perks to potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and product requirements.




- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain records of customer visits, orders, and sales activities.
- Provide regular updates on market feedback and sales performance.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, beverage, food product, or related field sales.
- Proven experience in direct sales and order generation.
- Knowledge of the Ernakulam market and existing retailer contacts will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
