Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to oversee the overall functioning of a reputed multispecialty hospital, ensuring operational efficiency, quality patient care, and compliance with hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day hospital operations and departmental activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.
- Monitor operational performance, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital policies.
- Improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Supervise department heads and support staff management.




- Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with senior management for strategic planning and growth.

Required Candidate Profile

- Qualification: MBA/MHA/PG Diploma in Hospital Administration or equivalent.
- 8–12 years of experience in hospital operations, preferably in a multispecialty hospital.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of NABH standards, hospital processes, and healthcare regulations.
