- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HRIS, ERP, or IT application support environments with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors. Expertise in Recruiting Management(RCM)Robust Functional Knowledge of one more success factor module such as: Employee Central (EC) Module Recruiting Management (RCM) Any other related modules/Area will be added advantage.
