Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the architecture, BIM, CAD, or design outsourcing industry.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring domestic and international clients, building solid client relationships, and promoting our architectural drafting, BIM modeling, Revit, and design documentation services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads and identify potential clients in the USA, UK, Australia, and other international markets.
- Identify and approach architecture firms, engineering consultants, real estate developers, and construction companies.
- Promote services such as CAD Drafting, Revit Architecture, BIM Modeling, Construction Documentation, and 3D Visualization.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other business development channels.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, capability presentations, and service introductions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal architecture and BIM teams to understand project requirements, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.




- Research market trends and identify new opportunities in the architecture outsourcing industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or International Sales.
- Experience in the BIM, CAD, architecture, engineering, construction, or design services industry is preferred.
- Exposure to the US market and experience dealing with international clients will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of CAD drafting, Revit, BIM modeling, and architectural services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Experience in lead generation, cold outreach, email marketing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Familiarity with MS Office, CRM software, and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business development targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience working with architecture firms, BIM companies, CAD outsourcing companies, or AEC service providers.
- Candidates who have handled US-based clients or international business development.
- Candidates with a strong understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition.

- Working Days: Monday to Friday
