Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team in New Town, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, basic knowledge of MS Excel, and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams.

This position is open to both freshers who are eager to learn and experienced candidates with knowledge of purchasing, procurement, or vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily purchasing and procurement activities.
- Contact vendors and suppliers to collect quotations and product details.
- Compare prices, negotiate rates, and identify cost-effective purchasing options.
- Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, bills, and related documents.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchase requirements.
- Maintain vendor information and build skilled relationships with suppliers.




- Update purchase records, inventory details, and reports using MS Excel.
- Check the quality, quantity, and specifications of purchased materials.
- Ensure purchasing activities are completed accurately and on time.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with vendors and suppliers.
- Willingness to learn and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in purchase, procurement, inventory, or vendor management will have an advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
