Job Description: Housekeeping Attendant

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in the housekeeping industry

Position Summary

The Housekeeping Attendant keeps guest rooms, public areas, and wellness spaces clean, comfortable, and well presented. The role supports a calm, restful stay for every guest, so attention to detail, discretion, and a warm, respectful manner are as important as technical skill.

Key Responsibilities

Room Cleaning and Preparation

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies according to the department's standard checklist.
- Make beds to hotel standard, with fitted and flat sheets, pillows, blankets, and linen arranged neatly.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and wipe all surfaces, fixtures, furniture, and amenities.
- Restock toiletries, towels, tea and coffee supplies, and other room items.




- Check each room for maintenance issues, missing items, or damage and report them promptly.

Guest Requests and Service

- Respond to guest requests for extra towels, linen, amenities, or room cleaning in a timely and friendly manner.
- Handle requests for special arrangements such as additional pillows, quiet-time cleaning, or room preferences with discretion.
- Greet guests politely and respect their privacy, belongings, and rest times.
- Escalate requests that fall outside your scope to the supervisor or front desk without delay.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
